All our Fabric undergo throught Quality Check, Colour and meter checking before packing. Simple and extremely open Return/Exchange terms :
- Fabrics are cut as per orders from Thans, so unless there is a defect / damages or if the item is different from what you had ordered - you can not exchange or return it.
- We do not have a refund policy, incase of returns, the entire amount will given to you in the form of a discount coupen valid for 6 months.
- You must contact us first and then returns.
- All possibilities of returns / exchanges are possible for 3 days after the date of delivery of order to the customer.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- If a customer is extremely rude or unnecessarily hasty - NO RETURNΒ
Person on phone might not be same who packed and ships your order. Kindness is always appreciated and often returned in gifts in next orders.

Prepaid order once placed can't be cancelled n if cancelled than amount will not be refunded. We will provide coupon for such amount valid for next 6 months.
