Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

We start cutting and packing orders soon after they are placed. You can cancel an order free of charge until the fabric has been cut to your length or the order has been dispatched. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number as early as possible.

Once the fabric has been cut to your length or the order has left us, it can no longer be cancelled, because a cut piece cannot be sold again. If there is a problem with what you receive, our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If you cancel a prepaid order in time, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 days, or give you store credit (a coupon valid for 6 months) if you prefer. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–7 working days to show the refund.

Orders we cancel

We may cancel an order if the fabric is out of stock, if the price or details on our website were wrong, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if the order appears to be fraudulent. We will let you know, and refund any amount paid in full to your original payment method.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.
