  • Payment details: payments are handled by our payment and checkout partners. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
  • Your account: if you log in, your phone number or email and your order history.
  • Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or our contact form.
  • Reviews: your name, rating and review if you choose to write one.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit and how you found us, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To take, pack, deliver and track your orders, and to handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and help you choose a fabric.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
  • To keep the invoices and records the law requires, including for GST.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run our store, with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our website and processes orders;
  • checkout and payment partners, such as GoKwik (including its KwikPass login) and the payment gateways and banks that process your payment;
  • courier partners, who deliver your order;
  • Judge.me for product reviews, PushOwl for browser notifications you subscribe to, and Brevo for emails you sign up for;
  • Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for website analytics and advertising measurement;
  • government authorities, courts or law enforcement when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside India. They handle it under their own security measures and privacy terms.

Cookies
