Simple and extremely open Return/Exchange terms :

1. Fabrics are cut as per orders from Thans, so unless there is a defect / damages or if the item is different from what you had ordered - you can not exchange or return it.
2. We do not have a refund policy, incase of returns, the entire amount will given to you in the form of a discount coupen valid for 6 months.
3. You must contact us first and then returns.
4. All possibilities of returns / exchanges are possible for 3 days after the date of delivery of order to the customer.
5. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
6. If a customer is extremely rude or unnecessarily hasty - NO RETURN 

Person on phone might not be same who packed and ships your order. Kindness is always appreciated and often returned in gifts in next orders.
