  1. Fabrics are cut as per orders fromThans, so unless there is a defect / damages or if the item is different from what you had ordered - you can exchange or return it.
  2. We do not have a refund policy, incase of returs, the entire amount will given to you in the form of a discount coupen valid for 6 months.
  3. You must contact us first and then returns.
  4. All possibilities of returns / exchanges are possible for 3 days after the date of delivery of order to the customer.
